Since the CKCEST launched the initiative to build a project management system in late August of 2015,the Project Management Office has rescheduled the project management procedures and communicated with the software developer to clarify the practical application demand for the system. On the morning of October 29, the Project Management Office and some sub-platforms held a meeting at Conference Room 220 of CAE to hear a report about the design proposal of the system architecture, which discussed practical needs for the system and finalized the system's management procedures and architecture. The discussions laid a foundation for the development of the project management system.
