The Jiangqiao station of Nenjiang, the second Songhua River's Fengman station, the pine stem’s Harbin station and Jiamusi station have had the records of the existing flood series for 80 to 133 years.
The Harbin floods are mainly from Nenjiang and The second Songhua River. The years of floods respectively in upper reaches and lower reaches are basically the same. Among 10 floods occurring in Harbin, 7 of them correspond to Nen River, and 3 correspond to the second Songhua River, 4 correspond to both Nen River and the second Songhua River. There are 140 thousand square kilometers between Jiamusi and Harbin, Mudan River, Tangwang River, Hulan River, etc, drain into this area. Thus the flood composition is complex, the year corresponding of floods in Jiamusi and Harbin Station is relatively low, only 5 of 10 correspond to each others.
