The CKCEST Official Version 1.0 was launched on October 26,2015 on the sideline of the second meeting to elect new CAS and CAE Members. In addition to seven existing professional knowledge service systems, CKCEST Official Version 1.0 added five new professional knowledge systems in Chinese herbal medicine, strategic emerging industries, academic activities, academic journals and energy. In order to improve user experience for CAS and CAE Members and attract them to use the system, CKCEST launched push service for some members based on their research areas and interested topics. The members can receive emails every week containing information like authoritative data, academic papers, scientific research progress and up-todate industry developments. The service has been favored and hailed by the Members.
