Flood disasters include flood disasters and rain disasters. Among them, disasters caused by heavy rainfall, melting snow and ice, ice dams, dam breaks, storm surges, etc., increase rivers, lakes and coastal waters, flood levels and floods, and flash floods. They are called flood disasters; heavy rain,or long-term rainfall,too much concentration produces a lot of accumulated water and runoff, and the drainage is not timely. The disaster caused by waterlogging and flooding of land and houses is called rain disaster. Among them, according to their causes,flood disasters can be divided into storm floods, snowmelt floods, ice floods, storm surge floods, etc. According to the season and hazard characteristics of rain and waterlogging, it can be divided into spring waterlogging, summer waterlogging, summer and autumn waterlogging and autumn waterlogging.
