The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) through the Pamirs Plateau, with the terrain complex and fragile ecological environment, and frequently occurred the diverse and disasters. Melting runoff caused by extreme temperature-rising is one of the major hydrologic meteorological disasters, has many attentions of the society and the scientific community. Based on the daily maximum temperature data at 3 meteorological stations over the Pamirs Plateau, we established the database of temperature-rising process during the period of January 1st 1961 to December 31th 2017. We also determined and calculated the indices of the extreme temperature-rising process over the Pamirs Plateau, and the change characteristics of the process sustained days, frequency and intensity were analyzed. The data set can be used to study the frequency and development trend of extreme warming events in the CPEC, and provide early warning and data support for extreme climate and flood disaster risks in the CPEC.
