Qinghai Lake

From the 1960s onwards, from the Qinghai Lake on the mother of the Great Lakes have been split out Gahai Lake, Sand Island Lake, Swallow Lake and many other separate lake. In the eastern part of Qinghai Lake and the northern part of the relatively heavy sandy bay, there can still be seen to develop into a new trend of small lakes.

The map comes from "China's physical geography Atlas" in Qaidam Basin and Qinghai Lake Basin landform types
