Work Experience
From June 2009 to the present, he has served as a researcher in the China Environmental Monitoring terminus researcher, deputy headmaster. From April 2007 to June 2009, he was the vice president of China Academy of Environmental Sciences. From September 2006 to April 2007,he was the Director and Deputy Chief Engineer of Science and Technology Department of China Environmental Science Research Institute. From August 2005 to September 2006, he was the director of Science and Technology Department of China Environmental Science Research Institute. From March 1999 to August 2005, he was the deputy director of the Bioengineering Laboratory of China Environmental Science Research Institute. From April 1998 to March 1999, he was the assistant director ,Institute of Environmental Standards, China Academy of Environmental Sciences. From July 1995 to April 1998, he was the Director of Environmental Engineering Design and Research Center, China Environmental Science Research Institute.From September 1991 to July 1995, he was the assistant professor, Department of Environmental Engineering, Tsinghua University. From April 1989 to August 1991, he was an assistant engineer of Harbin Industrial and Commercial Economic and Technical Consulting Company.
Achievement
He received a first prize of the Ministry of Environmental Protection Environmental Protection Science and Technology Award, five second prize, a third prize. He enjoys special government allowances of the State Council. At the same time, he is the first batch of national environmental protection professional and technical leaders. He is the top talent in Ministry of Environmental Protection Environmental Monitoring "three five" project.
