Dataset of precipitation from 1980 to 2010 between China, Russia and Mongolia

This dataset provides average annual precipitation spatial interpolation datas of China, Russia and Mongolia from 1980 to 2010. This precipitation dataset is intended to support climatologists, hydrologists, hydrometeorologists, and hydroclimatologists in various forms of climate research, including extreme event (flood and drought) analysis. It is based on the NCDC gsod global precipitation dataset.
