Introduction
The Centre for Natural Disaster Science (CNDS) is Sweden's leading centre for research on natural disasters, disaster risk reduction and crisis management. The environment is characterized by interdisciplinary research collaborations across societal, technical and scientific boundaries as well as collaborations with public organizations and industry to jointly meet society's challenges linked to climate and the environment as well as sustainable development.
