Work Experience
From 2003 to 2011, he served as a researcher of the Energy Research Institute of the National Development and Reform Commission, director and assistant director of the Energy Environment and Climate change Research Center. Deputy Director of the National Centre for Climate change Strategy Research and International Cooperation from December 2011 to January 2018, and Director of the Centre in January 2018.
