Achievement
He developed the theory and method of intelligent remote sensing image analysis and discrete geographic system simulation, and studied and developed the technical methods of flood disaster remote sensing monitoring and disaster assessment. He won the China Youth Science and Technology Award, the Chinese Academy of Sciences Science and Technology Progress Award. He presided over the national 973 project, the 863 project and the Natural Science Foundation and other research projects.
