Abstract
This paper introduces the advantages of remote sensing technology as well as several secondary seismic -induced geological disasters .And based on Ms8 .0 Wenchuan Earthquake -induced geological disasters and the remote sensing data of seismic region , evaluating methods that the optical and radar remote sensing satellite data has been introduced respectively , and thematic information map has been gotten by the methods above .Finally the problem existing in the evaluation of the earthquake -induced geological disasters was summed up by remote sensing .
